Bernadette Winters Bell, LMSW, PLLC is the executive producer and host of the podcast From Heartache to Healing and Hope. Winters Bell graduated Summa Cum Laude from Adelphi University in 1994, with a Masters in Social Work, and holds her LMSW, License No. and State: 049813-1 New York. She has more than 30 years of experience in the life, loss and grief sphere.

 

Guests of her podcast range from lawyers to entertainers, social workers, artists, filmmakers and medical personnel. Everyone has a story to tell, and Bernadette creates an inviting atmosphere for guests to comfortably share their hopes, fears, and how they find balance with life's tears and giggles.

 

Professionally, areas of practice include therapy, counseling, hospice, trauma work and bereavement support groups.

 

She has served as an educator for groups and organizations such as schools, houses of worship, businesses, municipalities, and nonprofits, and as a first responder for crisis management. Her life-long practice of giving back continues with community pro bono work. 

 

The pillars of Bernadette’s practice and podcast are emotional healing, psychological growth and spiritual exploration. Her goal is to empower her audience and clients to be stewards of their own well-being.

My intention in this  sacred work is to promote emotional healing, psychological growth and spiritual exploration while helping my audience to learn new coping mechanisms. My style as a podcaster, therapist (and human) is interactive, engaged and supportive.

I encourage all to allow themselves to evolve into empowered stewards of their own well-being.

Balancing life's tears and giggles is essential, challenging, and possible.
